The return will be accepted within 5 days of product delivery.
Vineroots will facilitate product replacements in the following scenarios, subject to verification by our internal teams.
- In the event of receiving a wrong product
- In the event of receiving a damaged or leaked product
- In the event of product missing from the order
For prompt resolution, please provide the Order ID, Invoice Copy, detailed description of your request, clear images or videos supporting the complaint, and ensure that the label on the outside package is visible for verification.
Once the requested details are provided, our customer care team will work to resolve your query within 24 - 48 hours
